PASSENGER PORT ST PETERSBURG MARINE FACADE
“Marine Façade” is the biggest specialized passenger port in the Baltic region. St. Petersburg is one of the world most famous tourist centers. This fact along with the 72-hour visa-free rule for cruise passengers makes St. Petersburg very attractive for cruise companies. Currently we have agreements with 28 cruise companies.
In 2013 cruise season: 261 calls with over 0.5 mln passengers.
from the May 2011 Passenger port is owned by city of St. Petersburg. In October
2011 Board of directors adopted a new strategic development plan until 2020
- development of the unitary quality standards for marine tourists service.

From December 2011 until August 2012 new transport security objects with new intellectual security system were installed. Total volume of investments into the new facilities that complies with the Federal Transport Security Law is more than 6 mln Euro.
This allows us to comply with all local and international transport security regulations.
In December 2011 Passenger Port of St. Petersburg Marine Façade has successfully completed the certification audit of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and ecological management system corresponding to requirements of international standard ISO 14001:2004.
